Position Description:
The Sr. Director Membership will be part of a collaborative team that oversees member outreach, recruitment, and retention strategies. The position is responsible for core membership services such as RHA’s Annual Conference; RHC Network Annual Meeting, Regional Events, Member Communications; Webinars and other events/programs meant to attract and retain membership. This position reports to the CEO and supervises 2-4 Manager/Director positions.
