Current opportunities in Benton TN, Cleveland TN and Coalmont TN

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

· Salary $93,000

· Health Insurance paid for the Staff Member $1,300 per month

· Life Insurance paid for the Staff Member $250,000.00

· 401K 4% paid in addition to salary

· 25 days of PTO (paid time off)

· 10 Federal Holidays Observed (paid time off)

· $1,500 Professional Annual CME
