The Assistant Director of Clinic Quality and Development will serve as a key resource and advocate for member clinics, supporting them in improving clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes. This individual will work closely with member clinics to identify bast practices, offer training and technical assistance, and facilitate collaborative learning opportunities. This position reports to the RHC Network Director, and may help supervise 1-4 staff and projects.
