Job Summary: The Assistant Director, Human Resources will run the daily human resource functions of recruiting, onboarding, and employee development; administer pay, benefits, and leave; develop policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws; develop or updating employee training and culture programs; maintaining accurate personnel files; support supervisors with performance management. This position reports to the CEO.
