Position Description:
The Program Coordinator will be part of a collaborative team that supports RHA’s grant initiatives, with a focus on the Maternal Health program. Responsibilities include tracking, collecting, and reporting quantitative and qualitative data; organizing online and in-person training; maintaining accurate program files and lists; filing; and supporting other network activities. This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the assessment and gap analysis of healthcare services provided to women and children, particularly as it relates to birthing centers, substance use disorder treatment, and domestic violence centers. Update the Asset Map on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate program files in TruServe, excel, and SharePoint including but not limited to Doula Applications, Training record Meeting agendas and minutes, Doula Client files, etc.
- Learn to use and submit data in specialized portals provided by funders (PIMS, RedCap)
- Support organization of electronic files using proper naming conventions.
- With the Maternal Health Manager, develop, prepare, and promote monthly newsletter for Maternal Health audience, track engagement.
- Assists with recruitment and tracking of attendance at events, trainings, and certification of individuals.
- Assist with resource development including ordering and distribution of program materials.
- Prepare and deliver presentations related to RHA and/or its programs, as requested.
- Support in the creation and distribution of program materials.
- Assist with setting up meetings, responding to emails, scheduling travel, and other administrative activities to support the program.
- Work cross functionally with other RHA staff to support all programs and organizational goals as identified by RHA’s strategic plan and contracts.
- Make copies, prepare packets, and assist in the preparation of meetings, listening sessions, and/or training events.
- Make phone calls to support increased communication between trainees, clients, and partners.
- Prepare mailing campaigns to provide educational materials to relevant partners.
- Assist in “adding programs” to Tennessee Community Compass as requested.
- Support annual revision of documents including the Doula program manual and other handouts.
- Assist with special projects as needed from the Maternal Heath Network Manager and/or Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred; willingness to complete additional training
- 2 years’ experience working in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must live in West Tennessee (funder requirement)

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel to other offices and off-sites as needed.
Additional Information:
- Starting salary is $45,000 with bachelor's degree; $40,000 without bachelor's degree.
- Hybrid position – 2 days/week in office (Decaturville, Tullahoma, or East/TBD)
- 37.5-hour work week, Monday – Friday, option to start/end day one hour early/later.
